Erin Angst Baker has a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Human Development and Family Science. She was an instructor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science at the University of Missouri for 15 years, where she taught early childhood undergraduate courses. During that time, Erin was also the lead teacher in various classrooms at the Child Development Lab at the University of Missouri including preschool, pre-kindergarten, and before/after school programs. For the past two years, Erin has been with the Center for Family Policy and Research where she works on developing trainings for for early childhood educators.
